Travelling By Car

You can reach Norwest Business Park via either Old Windsor Road or Windsor Road.
From Old Windsor Road:
  • Turn into Norwest Boulevard and take the first left at the roundabout into Lexington Drive.
  • Continue along Lexington Drive, pass the first roundabout, and just before reaching the second roundabout, you'll see the Sky City Building on your left-hand side.
From Windsor Road:
  • Turn into Norwest Boulevard and drive toward the end of the road until you reach the final roundabout.
  • Turn right into Lexington Drive, pass the first roundabout, and before reaching the second roundabout, the Sky City Building will be on your left-hand side.
🅿️ Visitor Parking is available in both Building A & B, as well as on surrounding street areas.

Travelling By Bus

Direct bus services to Norwest Business Park are available from Parramatta and Blacktown train stations.
There is a bus stop conveniently located near the Sky City Building on Lexington Drive, making public transport a practical option for visitors.

Travelling By Metro

  • Board the Metro and travel to Bella Vista Station—this is the closest metro stop to Norwest Business Park.
  • Exit the station and head toward Lexington Drive. It’s about a 5–10-minute walk from the station
  • Walk along Lexington Drive, passing cafés and office buildings. The Sky City Building at 20 Lexington Drive will be on your left before the second roundabout.
 

🗺️ The area is pedestrian-friendly, with clear signage and footpaths. If you prefer not to walk, you can catch a local bus or rideshare from Bella Vista Station for a short ride.
